LEAD ELECTRICIAN
Full-Time
We're looking for a Lead Electrician who's ready to do more than wire a panel
We are seeking a Licensed Electrician that is able to take the lead and run their own projects from the first box getting nailed in, to the last cover plate screw on. Responsibilities
- Install wiring systems for residential and commercial projects
- Interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and standards
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical issues
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid electrician's license or certification
- Expertise in electrical wiring
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication abilities
Core Values
Trust is Our Foundation
We build lasting relationships through integrity, accountability, and reliability — doing what we say, owning our mistakes, and treating every person the way we'd want to be treated.
Teamwork
We achieve exceptional results through collaboration, open communication, and sharing new ideas with ourselves and our customers to achieve the best results possible
Always Learning, Always Teaching
We pursue continuous improvement in everything we do and invest in the growth of the entire team.
Our Work is Our Proof
We let the quality of our work, the professionalism of our conduct, and the results we deliver speak for themselves.
Why Join Us .
Joining our team means anchoring your career to uncompromising craftsmanship, premium residential environments, and a culture that values precision over speed. We are not a high-volume, cut-corner shop; we are a specialized electrical company dedicated to bringing elite power, automation, and lighting design into high-end homes.
