Nolita Sales Associate: Part TimeQualifications:1–3 years of fine jewelry retail sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goalsWorking knowledge of fine jewelry materials, gemstones, and diamonds — and interest in deepening itAbility to speak to craftsmanship and intention in a way that feels genuine rather than rehearsedStrong communication, written and verbal; highly organized with real workflow disciplineProficiency with Shopify POS and macOS; comfort with CRM and clienteling toolsPunctual, self-managing, and effective both independently and on a small teamWeekend availabilityResponsibilities:Build lasting client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience on every transaction, regardless of sizeDevelop deep knowledge of our collections and designers, and speak to each piece with authorityIdentify sales opportunities and apply thoughtful, client-centered approaches to meet and exceed goalsDocument client interactions and manage follow-ups; support special orders and repairs from intake through deliveryAssist with inventory, case presentation, and daily store standards; support in-store events and trunk showsPricing and operational decisions rest with management, but observations from the floor are valuable and proposals grounded in what you're seeing with clients are always welcome.
