Key Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based ABA interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill‑building and care plans as part of a clinical team. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. RBT certification required before beginning work. Willingness to learn and genuine passion for helping children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations. Position Details All positions start off part‑time with a minimum commitment of six months. Services are delivered in clients’ homes or community‑based locations.
