QA, Testing & Data/Integration Lead
Experience:
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, data migration/conversion and system integration, including 2+ years supporting large-scale government technology projects. Experience with cloud/SaaS implementations, data conversion, reconciliation, interfaces, third-party integrations and enterprise testing preferred.

Responsibilities:
Independently review test strategy, plans and results; assess testing readiness and UAT completion; evaluate defect management and remediation; assess data migration and conversion activities; validate reconciliation procedures and conversion accuracy; review interfaces and third-party integrations; evaluate integration testing results; identify quality risks and gaps; support production-readiness and go-live assessments.
