After warmly greeting each client in their home or business and listening to their concerns, you recommend appropriate equipment and services. You explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. You use your sales skills to offer solutions for common concerns. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN B2B / COMMERCIAL HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE Experience in a construction-related industry OR business to business (B2B) sales Sales ability Spreading awareness of business incentives to upgrade heating, air & lighting Canvassing, Building Relationships for lead generation Willing to travel throughout South Jersey and surrounding areas Valid driver's license and clean driving record If you have existing commercial customer relationship's you can excel very quickly! 3+ years of experience is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
