Job Title: Production Associate Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling refrigeration doors according to specifications and work instructions. This role involves the use of hand and power tools such as drills, mallets, screwdrivers, saws, and other necessary assembly and fabrication tools. You will handle and work with materials like glass, wood, and aluminum efficiently and safely.

• Assemble refrigeration doors as per specifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools including drills, mallets, screwdrivers, and saws.
• Safely handle and work with glass, wood, and aluminum components.
• Measure, align, and fit materials for proper assembly.
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with material movement, packaging, and other production-related tasks.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read tape measures and follow work instructions.
• Experience in assembly, general production, or construction.
• Comfort with handling glass, wood, and aluminum materials.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or construction preferred.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, handling large and sometimes fragile glass components. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots must be worn at all times.

This is a Contract position based out of Sylmar, CA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sylmar,CA.
