Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full‑time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long‑term conditions. Responsibilities Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active. Manage an average caseload of approximately 12 visits per day (range 10–16+ depending on scheduling and cancellations). Work in an outpatient clinic setting and collaborate with PAs, physicians, and orthopedic surgeons for coordinated patient care. Support a collaborative, professional team culture focused on work–life balance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license is required to start the position. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience or strong interest in orthopedics preferred; new graduates are welcome with a 3‑month ramp‑up and lighter schedule. Comfort working in an outpatient clinic setting and with WebPT EMR. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, stress management, and effective communication in a team‑oriented environment. Willingness to consider relocation candidates.
