Technology Transactions Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate for its Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in corporate and commercial matters involving technology and intellectual property. Duties Handle licensing and analysis of technology and intellectual property. Advise on protection of trade secrets and privacy issues. Provide counsel on artificial intelligence matters. Draft and negotiate development, manufacturing, supply, distribution, and service agreements. Evaluate IP and tech issues in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Conduct diligence on chain of title, licenses, and data processing matters. Requirements 4-5 years of relevant experience in technology and intellectual property matters. Significant experience with corporate transactions and IP issues. Active member of the Georgia bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Georgia Bar membership. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in handling complex legal documents.
