This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers throughout the day, providing clear communication, and ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.Responsibilities:Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experienceCreate transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimatesCommunicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completionProvide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicleMaintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty informationQualifications:Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.Previous Acura/Honda experience is strongly preferred but not requiredMust be available to work Monday through SaturdayPositive & Friendly AttitudeInterpersonal Communication skillsBasic computer skillsStrong desire to provide an exceptional client experienceAbility to achieve targeted goalsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust have a Valid Driver's LicenseThe compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
