This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN with a background in home care, quality improvement, compliance, education, and staff development who enjoys combining clinical leadership with quality and regulatory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the organization's education program Develop and oversee employee orientation and training programs Perform competency evaluations for nursing and HHA/PCA staff Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred 2+ years of nursing experience Strong knowledge of home care regulations Quality assurance/compliance experience strongly preferred Experience with staff education, training, and competency evaluation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze and report performance data #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
