Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. In-person services are required, with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings. Duties Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS Conduct functional Behavior Assessments Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health Skills Ability to build strong and supportive relationships with others Ability to adapt to ABA procedures that respect cultural diversity Possess exceptional written and verbal skills Detail oriented Strong interpersonal and writing skills BCBA Job Requirements Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States Master’s Degree 1+ years of experience 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred Bi-lingual (Spanish) Job Type Part-time / Full-Time Opportunities Available Schedule: Flexible; based on client availability Location: Dependent on client location (Hybrid, In-Person, and Remote options available) Compensation: Based on experience and skill level Benefits BCBA and RBT Referral Bonus Program Free CEU Events Healthcare Stipend (Full-Time Only) Flexible Paid Time Off / Floating Holidays (Full-Time Only) BCBA Quarterly Bonus Program Full-Time (Full-Time Only - Can add substantial to your base salary) Highlights Clinician Owned & Operated Fieldwork Trainee Mentorship Program Internal Growth Opportunities Collaborative Culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Bright achievements
