Shelter Case Manager: Help Families Achieve Independence

Family Service League Inc.

Family Service League Inc. in Brentwood, NY, seeks a full-time Case Manager for its large Family Shelter. You will conduct client assessments, develop Independent Living Plans, link families to community services, and support client self-sufficiency through advocacy, counseling, and resource referrals. You will collaborate with the Housing Specialist, perform crisis intervention, conduct safety checks, and help clients create budgets while maintaining HIPAA and shelter rules. #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Service League Inc.
