Job Opening: Dental Assistant at Your Dental Story Your Dental Story is excited to announce an opening for a Full‑Time Dental Assistant position. This position is on‑site and not eligible for remote work, ensuring you’ll be directly contributing to the hands‑on care that our patients appreciate and value. Duties and Responsibilities Set up and break down treatment rooms before and after procedures. Take high‑quality radiographs as required. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment. Assist with various dental procedures including fillings, crowns, root canals, intraoral scanning, and placing Invisalign buttons. Ensure that dental operatories are adequately stocked with necessary supplies. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for all. Support dental specialists in various treatments as needed. Record and update patient treatment records as needed. Maintain a compassionate and efficient clinical environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Dental Assistant preferred but not strictly necessary. Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization methods. Understanding of health & safety regulations. Ability to perform regulated non‑surgical tasks like taking radiographs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and able to handle patients with care and respect. Self‑motivated with the capability to multitask effectively. Strict punctuality and reliability. Friendly demeanor and open to coaching and professional development. Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assistance program. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
