Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing and holds a current Arizona RN Nursing license, in good standing A minimum of two years’ experience preferred. Previous experience in a psychiatric or adolescent setting is beneficial. Ability to pass background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Must be at least 21 Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Assures for safe administration of medication. Participates as a member of the multi-disciplinary team. Participates in management of client's chart Provides health services for clients. Maintains an employee health service. Responsible for required documentation and the maintenance of client's medical chart.
