- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in Content Strategy, User Experience and Content Management
- Need to have content strategy and content planning experience
- Healthcare
- Experience translating business goals into scalable content architectures
- Content auditing
- User journey mapping
- SEO
- Some familiarity of marketing systems and how they connect such as Marketo, AEM, personalization tools and CDPs
- B2B experience
- Data analytics; data and performance insights, optimizing outcomes, etc.
