Suarez Family Medicine  is seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant for a temporary 3-month position . Candidates must be bilingual, reliable, and have strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with patient examinations, procedures, and clinical workflows
• Serve as a bilingual liaison between Spanish-speaking patients and medical staff
• Record patient vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints accurately in EMR
• Prepare and administer medications and injections as directed by the provider
• Perform routine clinical tasks including phlebotomy, EKGs, and specimen collection
• Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and handle front-office duties as needed
• Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, sanitized, and prepared for patient visits

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
• Fluency in both Spanish and English 
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-facing skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy outpatient environment
