We are seeking a versatile, highly skilled  Senior Pump Designer/Draftsman to join our team in Houston. Because finding the perfect cultural and technical fit is vital to our team's long-term success!

The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who thrives in a collaborative team environment and can seamlessly pivot between high-level engineering concepts and hands-on drafting. You will work directly with our Head Engineer to bring innovative pumping solutions to life, from initial 3D modeling to physical testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Head Engineer to create, design, and modify pumps, pump parts, and comprehensive pumping systems.
• Develop precise 3D models and production-ready 2D fabrication prints for various pumps and systems using SolidWorks.
• Conduct robust R&D utilizing both advanced software simulations and real-world testing on our physical pump test stand.
• Take ownership of our engineering data by creating, structuring, and organizing a formal online filing naming system and nomenclature.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in pump design, drafting, or pump engineering.
• In-depth knowledge and advanced, hands-on experience with  SolidWorks (3D modeling and 2D print generation).
• Demonstrated ability to independently design, modify, and optimize pumps, pump components, and complex pumping systems.
• Language: Fully  Bilingual (English and Spanish)with strong communication skills in both languages.
• A team-first mindset with a proven ability to multitask, pivot quickly between projects, and support colleagues as needed.
