What We're Looking For:

• Valid PT license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to provide own transportation for rotating weekend coverage
• Flexibility to work 8 or 10-hour shifts based on schedule (4-8, 4-9, or 4-10 hour days)
• Availability to work approximately 1-2 weekends per month, with scheduling flexibility and prior notification
• Willingness to commit to an 8-13 week contract with potential for extension
