Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Primary Care | Founding Clinician

BlueGlove Primary Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us as a Founding Clinician and help build a better primary care practice. More time with patients. A smaller panel. Greater autonomy. We are building an in-home and virtual concierge primary care practice designed to give clinicians something rare to find in traditional primary care: enough time to actually practice medicine well. BlueGlove serves adults in Canton, GA and surrounding area. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday daytime position. What Makes This Opportunity Different Small, relationship-focused patient panel with longer appointment times. No high-volume productivity quotas or 20+ patient clinic days. Focused service area - significantly less daily driving than traditional home health. Minimal insurance-related administrative burden. Modern, AI-assisted EHR and technology. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive adult primary care through in-person visits at patients' homes and workplaces, telehealth, secure messaging, and phone. Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and care coordination. Build long-term relationships with a small, manageable patient panel. Practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy, with physician support available. Collaborate on clinical workflows and practice development. Help shape the culture and patient experience of the practice from the beginning. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is clinically strong, thoughtful, personable, and excited by the opportunity to practice primary care differently. Required: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed or eligible to practice in Georgia. Meaningful post-graduate NP/PA clinical experience in primary care; typically 1.5+ years. Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills. Comfortable managing adult primary care with a high degree of autonomy. Comfortable driving locally between patient visits during the workday. Comfortable working in a growing, early-stage practice where systems will continue to improve. Preferred: 3+ years of adult primary care experience. Interest in helping improve clinical workflows and build systems rather than simply following established processes. Base salary: $105,000–$120,000, based on experience and qualifications. Your compensation is upside-heavy and is designed to grow as your patient panel grows. Additional compensation and benefits are expected to include: Profit sharing tied to your patient panel. Milestone bonuses as the panel grows. Paid time off. Malpractice coverage. As the patient panel matures, total compensation is designed to reach approximately $155,000–$175,000+ , including base salary, profit sharing, milestone bonuses, and health benefit.
