What Your Day Will Look Like Troubleshoot machine controls Coordinate and perform electrical & instrumentation related maintenance activities, including routine corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment, and system improvements Use continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment Perform routine instrument calibration and preventive maintenance on instrument equipment and control systems (temperature, pressure, level, flow, and analytical devices) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high levels of efficiency and reliability Install, program, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and service programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives and electrical support systems Repair or replace defective parts Perform additional duties as assigned by management What You Need To Succeed Minimum age 18 years old PPE compliance as required by position and company safety policies Regular and prompt attendance is essential Ability to read, write and speak English Maintain a neat professional appearance within company guidelines Maintain safety and security of company assets Utilize all company‑provided resources and technology Less than high school education or up to 12 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or a flexible schedule as required Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and developing PLC and HMI programs Collaboration with other team members Self‑motivated and innovative Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Effective problem‑solving skills Physical Requirements Position will require compliance with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
