Job description:

We are looking for dependable and safety-focused Material Handlers/Banders to join our Idaho Falls team. This is a long-term, stable career opportunity with day or night shifts available!

Responsibilities

Safely move and band-welded metal (mostly steel) components using hoists, cranes, forklifts, and hand tools
Transport components to the paint department's staging area
Operate saws and other tools to prepare wood spacers for bundling
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Accurately complete production records and other documentation
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

Qualifications

Forklift operation experience required
Must be at least 18 years old
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift up to 100 lbs)
Ability to stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk throughout a 10-hour shift
Basic math and measurement skills (must read a tape measure down to 1/16")
Team player, dependable, and willing to learn
Prior manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

Full-time | 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts)
Consistent schedule | Enjoy three-day weekends!
