What You'll Find Here

The Basics

• Position: Full-time Medical Director
• Experience: Experienced veterinarian; previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Compensation: Base salary, quarterly production incentives without negative accrual, a leadership stipend, and additional bonus potential exceeding $75,000.
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling, with specific arrangements discussed privately.
