In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems—including wiring, fixtures, panels, and services—as well as mentoring apprentices on-site. If you’re a skilled professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well independently or with a team, and has a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine material and labor requirements Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors Train and oversee apprentices on best practices and code compliance Qualifications: Journeyman-level experience (5+ years preferred) Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Ability to operate lifts, trenchers, and other small equipment Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment/materials Solid math and measurement skills Professional appearance and positive, respectful attitude OSHA certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr RC Electric LLC
