HR Coordinator Build Your Future with AG&E AG&E is expanding and we are seeking a driven HR Coordinator to join our team. Who We Are AG&E Associates is a global structural engineering firm headquartered in Dallas, TX. What You Will Do Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Support HR team with compliance documentation. Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support HR initiatives by assisting with ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in an HR coordination role and AEC industry experience is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
