NEW Real Estate Transactional Attorney

Job Description

A boutique real estate law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters. This role will involve working with a wide range of clients including investors, developers, and corporate tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and closing documents
Review title, survey, zoning, and environmental reports
Coordinate and manage closings for real estate acquisitions and financings
Advise clients on 1031 exchanges, land use, and regulatory issues
Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
Work directly with clients and opposing counsel to resolve issues

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school
Active license with the Massachusetts Bar
3+ years of experience in real estate law, ideally in a transactional setting
Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
