Branch Manager – CommDataBecome part of the excitement. As a Branch Manager – CommData, you will develop and implement business plans that allow the Company to achieve its financial and service goals, and manage all resources to achieve desired results within the branch.In this role you will:Design and implement programs to maximize net profit and return on salesInitiate new and improve existing programs to support meeting or exceeding financial and productivity performance metricsMonitor customer service levels, and take action to improve service as neededMonitor inventory levels, and promote the sale of obsolete and overstocked materialOversee preparation of branch budget, and monitor actual performance to ensure branch achieves objectivesManage employees and delegate effectively through key positionsMonitor activities to ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers and suppliersMonitor competitive conditions in the territory, and recommend changes as necessary to gain market share in new areasDevelop and implement strategic plans to ensure long-term market share and profitability growthWhat you bring to the table:Minimum 5 years experience in sales, operations or finance requiredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in the wholesale distribution industry and supply chain management principlesUnderstanding of the impact pricing decisions have on the profit and lossExperience with computer systems and related applications and reporting methodsBusiness planning and market analysis skillsOral and written communication skillsNegotiation and problem solving skills; ability to think strategically about business needsLeadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and effectively supervise staff to achieve results through othersAbility to effectively recruit for key branch positions and build a strong service infrastructureOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve short and long-term goals of branchAbility to effectively communicate across multiple internal and external layers of the organizationSome travel requiredPay Details:The expected salary for this position is starting at $105,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.This role requires the use of your personal vehicle for business purposes.
