Eaton's ES GDCO DIT division is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift in our Woodridge, IL facility. The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. Core hours are 5:30am - 2:00pm.

What You'll Do:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking and packing products that are scheduled to be shipped out. You will work to verify orders as they come in and out of the facility. Load and unload trucks and process them to the correct area for storage. In this function you will:

• Pick, pack, and ship product
• Verify product, product numbers, and quantity for order accuracy
• Load and unload Trucks / Containers
• Receive and process stock and materials
• Stock the warehouse and rotate/replenish inventory
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL will be considered. Candidates who are Active-Duty Military are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Handheld / RF Scanner experience
• Forklift, Material Handling Equipment, or Powered Industrial Truck experience
• Related experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Additional Criteria:

• Must be able to work flexible hours and daily and/or weekend overtime, as needed
• Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks
• Ability to move material as needed
• Must be able to work at a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work in a variety of capacities/functions
• Must have strong attention to detail
