- BLS (AHA)

- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC

Must-Have:
- Experience in drawing ABGs and performing EKGs
- Ability to assist with intubation

Description:
Client is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment.
Clinicians will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients of all ages, including adults, pediatrics, and neonates.
The position requires the drawing of arterial blood gases and the performance of EKGs.
The Respiratory Therapist will work a 12-hour day shift with rotating weekends.
This role does not require the therapist to be the only respiratory therapist in-house.
The department does not have a sleep lab.
Respiratory Therapists are expected to follow all professional protocols in their practice.
Additionally, the position entails no call or standby call requirements.
Candidates should be flexible and willing to float if agreeable.
The dress code requires professional colors for a clinical setting.
The therapist will work in an acute care environment, ensuring all procedures adhere to departmental standards.
