What You'll Do On a Typical Day
- Proactively track assigned loads end-to-end, staying in close contact with dispatchers and drivers via phone, email, text, and other communication tools.
- Update arrival and departure times as provided by carriers to keep internal teams and customers aligned.
- Relay real-time load updates to Account Managers and ensure all load activity is documented accurately and consistently.
- Request Proof of Delivery (POD) and invoices immediately upon delivery to support timely billing and paperwork collection.
- Troubleshoot delays, service disruptions, and conflicts-using strong problem-solving and communication skills to drive solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
