Licensed Physical Therapist - Open Your Own Clinic!

Responsibilities Build and lead a startup outpatient clinic (Clinic Director & Equity Partner). Develop and define clinic location, culture, team, and patient experience. Collaborate with Ivy Rehab to secure marketing, HR, recruitment, legal, IT, RCM, and other operational support. Receive training before launch in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Work closely with experienced leaders to ensure a confident and supported launch. Manage clinic operations and finances once opened. Engage with community partners and referral networks to grow patient base. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (License Required). Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting (or related therapies). Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a new clinic. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Compensation & Equity $95,000–$115,000 annually (full salary paid before clinic opens). Eligibility for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan once clinic launches. True equity ownership of the clinic, benefiting directly from its success.
