Exciting opportunity to join an established private equity firm which is a global leader in technology investing with about $53 billion of combined assets under management. The senior accountant will be an integral part of the finance team who will be responsible for and assist with many of the firm’s important functions. Key responsibilities include: · Participate in the preparation and review of financial statements for the investment funds· Reconcile bank accounts and all other asset and liability accounts monthly· Maintain subsidiary ledgers for partners’ capital accounts and investments in portfolio companies· Assist with completion and reporting of quarterly and semi-annual reports· Assist with processing and recording capital calls and distributions to investors in excel and the accounting system· Assist with accounts receivable process—billing, tracking of payments and follow up calls· Assist with preparation of schedules for the annual audit and tax returnThis is a great opportunity to join an established firm with a great executive team and mentorship. The ideal candidate should have: · Four-year Bachelor’s degree preferable with a concentration in accounting or finance.
