About the Role
The Company is in search of a President & CEO to lead its mission of creating a hunger-free and healthier community. The successful candidate will be a highly relational, mission-driven, and strategic executive, capable of providing visionary leadership and ensuring the organization's financial sustainability. This role is pivotal, as the new CEO will be expected to build upon the organization's extraordinary legacy while navigating a transformative period and shaping its future. The ideal candidate will be a person of integrity, authenticity, and compassion, with a deep commitment to the mission and an understanding that leadership is rooted in service, relationships, and impact. Key responsibilities for the President & CEO include serving as the chief strategist, ambassador, and culture leader, and fostering innovation to strengthen the organization's role as a national leader in hunger relief and community well-being. The role demands an engaging leader with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and emotional intelligence, who can inspire diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships with donors, foundations, healthcare systems, elected officials, and corporate partners. The candidate should have a proven track record in fundraising, partnership development, and organizational excellence, and be prepared to lead the organization through continued growth and innovation, while ensuring that every decision is aligned with the mission and values that have defined the organization's success for over four decades.
