Participate in ITC (Section 337) investigations and coordinate with parallel proceedings. Draft briefs, motions, and client communications. Collaborate with technical experts to present clear, persuasive arguments. Handle PTAB proceedings, including IPRs. Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards. Requirements 3-6 years of patent litigation experience. Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
