- Monday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
No weekends and no call required.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient health problems and needs.
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring patient progress and outcomes.
- Providing education and support to patients and families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license.
- Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations.
- Professional credentials including Trinity profile and background check.
