Job Title : IDMC Administration Team Lead
Location : Southlake TX
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
- Must have a 8+ years of experience with Informatica IDMC Data integration
- Strong expertise in implementing cloud-based Data Integration using IDMC tools
- Good Expertise in Unix, RESTful APIs, System integration and SQL for cloud integration
- Must have an IDMC Data integration Architecture & S olution Design: Manage the IDMC Data Integration with cloud applications and enterprise systems using Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Application Integration.
- Good Experience in Data Governance & Security: Implement robust data governance and data security practices in alignment with IDMC capabilities, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- You should have a Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior administrators, guiding them through complex IDMC Data integration scenarios.
- Must have a Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex IDMC Data integration issues and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Good Experience in Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IDMC Data integration solutions and provide regular status updates to leadership
- You should have Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Analyze workforce requirements, forecast staffing needs, and oversee end-to-end hiring processes.
- Good Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, EDC, IDQ & CDGC tools and Good Experience in Unix shell scripting and Python
- Ability to analyze project requirements and understand complex concepts
- Participate in workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and functional discussions with project teams.
