Licensed Practical Nurse - Surgery MLR is partnering with a respected healthcare system in South Carolina to recruit a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, permanent position in a surgical setting . This role is an outstanding opportunity for an LPN who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The position offers comprehensive benefits, and $7,500 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to preoperative and postoperative patients in the surgical unit.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and assist during surgical procedures.
- Prepare patients for surgery by conducting assessments, educating them on pre-surgical requirements, and ensuring informed consent.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless care from pre-op to recovery.
- Maintain detailed records in electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active South Carolina LPN license.
- Prior experience in surgery or perioperative care is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
