Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

Terros Health is seeking a Full-Time Patient Access Center Representative for our Central Avenue location in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on scheduling in the call center, delivering excellent customer service, and guiding patients through pre-enrollment tasks. The position requires at least two years in a call center or medical setting, with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/insurance and basic Microsoft Office skills.
