Junior Project Manager – Role Description & Qualifications We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support organizational goals and business growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing projects from initiation through completion. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and task trackers. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Previous internship, project coordination, administrative support, operations, customer service, or team leadership experience is preferred. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, or Hybrid project management methodologies is beneficial. CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are considered an advantage.
