Annual Salary – around $200k-$250k, varying depending on years of experience
\n \nWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven, interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals facing serious and life-limiting illnesses.
\n \nAs part of a collaborative team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and other specialists, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive symptom management, emotional support, and guidance throughout the continuum of care.
\n \nKey Responsibilities

- Provide expert palliative and end-of-life care to patients with advanced illness, particularly those with cancer and other complex conditions. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. \n
- Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding goals of care, treatment options, and advance care planning. \n
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. \n
- Contribute to the education and mentorship of clinical staff and trainees, as appropriate. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Medical degree from an accredited institution. \n
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. \n
- Fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred (or equivalent experience). \n
- Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain). \n
- Demonstrated experience in palliative care, with a strong foundation in symptom management and patient communication. \n
