Job Overview Youth Care Worker – Nights at Palm Beach Youth Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida. Location West Palm Beach, Florida – close to the beaches of Southeast Florida. Compensation Starting at $19 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period. Responsibilities Provide 24‑hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety. Monitor and document behaviors. Participate in youth sports and recreation activities, and mentor youth during those times. Assist youth in learning and development within the program. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. One year of experience working with at‑risk youth in a direct care position, or 60 hours of college education and a valid Driver’s License. Schedule Night shifts, 12‑hour days on a rotating schedule.
