Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Comfortable managing a broad outpatient primary care patient population
• Interest in working within a collaborative, team-based practice model
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
