Must have between 15-20 years of experience

Need to have own tools

Must have own vehicle. Preferably a truck to hold tools and materials

Reading blueprints is a MUST

Leadership skills

Trustworthy

No smoking on the job or cursing. Working on higher end projects

Must be clean cut and presentable

No cutting corners, needs to be proficient and take pride in their work

Pay Rate DOE

Full time
