Your Role

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Gauge patients' specific needs and create individualized treatment plans to support their functional aspirations.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Engage clinical techniques that enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work harmoniously with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers through therapy techniques to ensure continued progress outside of sessions.
• Document Progress and Adjust as Needed: Track patient development meticulously and modify treatment strategies to ensure effectiveness.

Education & Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and may be supported.

Certifications

• Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
