Pay Range $49,920 - $59,280 or more per year of total compensation
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot dish machine operations and resolve mechanical issues
- Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Respond to on-call service needs when required
- Deliver and pick up cleaning and sanitizing products
- Collect payments and follow up to keep accounts current
- Train customers on proper equipment and chemical usage
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Negotiate service renewals and pricing adjustments

What You'll Need
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active role
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds
- Mechanical or driving experience (preferred)
- Ability to navigate stairs at branch and customer locations
