Registered NurseWe are seeking a Registered Nurse. The RN provides leadership and oversight of resident care in assisted living and memory care. Delivers person-centered programs to meet the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual needs of residents while coaching and training care staff.Key Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and coordinate resident care programs; complete assessments and service plans.Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) and medication administration records (EMAR).Monitor medications and ensure accurate documentation; communicate health concerns to doctors, families, and staff.Train, coach, and evaluate Resident Assistants and nursing team members; lead orientations and in-service trainings.Uphold HIPAA, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.Provide 24/7 on-site coverage, respond to emergencies, and participate in safety committees.Qualifications:Current RN license in Minneota.2 years’ experience with dementia care and managing care teams.Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overnight travel.The Perks That Matter:Competitive salary and bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance401(k) with matchPaid time off and flexible hoursEmployee assistance program and on-demand payCareer growth in a fast-growing companyAbout Jaybird Senior LivingWe provide seniors with the exceptional care they deserve, in an extraordinary living environment.
