FACILITY MANAGER

 

Nature Stone is the leader in the Stone & Epoxy flooring industry with an outstanding reputation, with facilities located in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo, and Pittsburgh. The list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

 

We are looking for a Facility Manager to ensure the proper installation and servicing of our projects. Experience in concrete finishing/troweling, carpentry or construction is important. During our peak season, some extended hours and occasional Saturdays will be required. This is a salaried position ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 plus depending upon your qualifications and experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Experience in concrete finishing/troweling, carpentry or construction is a must.

· Solid communication skills.

· Crew management – Setting clear expectations and providing effective feedback.

· Scheduling and organization capabilities.

· Forklift operation.

· Computer skills.

· Valid driver’s license and forklift training.

· Training provided.

· Must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer’s home.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Management of installers, service and office personnel.

· Visit jobsites regularly to assure quality control.

· Customer contact and support.

· Load/Unload trucks with forklift.

· Managing and taking physical inventories on a weekly basis.

· Maintain production, service trucks and equipment.

· Input notes into computer/software management system.

· Assist in hiring, training and evaluation of employees to meet high standards.

· Communicate daily with corporate facilities

· Train new installation and service personnel
