Call Center Agent

What You'll Do Assure proper check in/check out of loaner vehicles upon client departure/return. Assess loaners for excessive mileage, damage, fuel level and overall cleanliness. Remind clients to remove all personal belongings including, garage door openers, etc. Assure loaner check in/check out process is operating with maximum efficiency with a consistent flow throughout the service drive. Assist Loaner Agent in the preparation of new loaner vehicle units and the retirement of expired units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
