The Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing high‑volume recruiting support for Casey's stores, focusing on a variety of store team member roles. This position will complete virtual interviews, view pre‑recorded video interviews, lead data‑driven conversations, and make hiring decisions to support the assigned area of stores. This role will also make basic recommendations regarding compensation to hiring leaders, as well as craft offer letters. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling virtual interviews, viewing pre‑recorded video interviews, follow‑up communication, and act as the primary point of contact for information and assistance through the interview process. Make hiring decisions to support the assigned area of stores. Lead bi‑weekly data‑driven meetings with field leaders to ensure understanding of new positions and structure, and ensure leaders are knowledgeable on recruiting and onboarding process. Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation Starting pay range: $49,400 - $61,800. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role extends beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work‑related experience is required. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect, both internally and externally. Self‑motivated, engaged, and team‑oriented with the ability to work independently. Ability to apply recruiting best practices and techniques to assigned requisitions and projects.
