Location: 565 Windsor Dr., Secaucus, NJ 07094
Full-Time Opportunities Available

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

At FM Expressions, we are passionate about quality, teamwork, and innovation. We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to support our growing printing and manufacturing operations.

Spanish-speaking candidates are required for this position. Employees must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish with team members and leadership to support daily operations, safety, and production goals.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment where employees may be assigned to different work areas based on operational needs and individual strengths.

• Support daily production and manufacturing operations
• Handle, move, load, and unload materials and finished products
• Assist with the setup and operation of production equipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met
• Identify and communicate production or quality concerns to leadership
• Maintain accurate product counts and assist with inventory tracking
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe while following 6S standards
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Cross-train in multiple departments and assist where needed

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Comfortable visually inspecting small print and color details
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, warehouse, or production environments
• Prior quality control experience is a plus, but not required
