PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) AllStar Therapies PRN / As Needed Join the AllStar Therapies Team! AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations Qualifications Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative therapy team CPR certification preferred Why Join AllStar Therapies?
